Garlic, apple cider vinegar, crushed pumpkin seeds with butter milk?

Hello All,
Can someone write a list o all these different recipes and how to use them and where can you find crushed pumpkin seeds? Someone posted use butter milk with the seeds? Then have a forum moderator lock the thread. I would appreciate and sure a lot of other folks would too. Thanks

To start off I have a self watering system which contains a 5gal bucket with toilet float valve which leaks through the nipples. So for the first time I filled up their manual 5 gal water with vinager. So my question is how often should I fill the manual water? With self water it is hard to judge cause it is filled automatically as needed by the float. Or can I just add to the self waters like once a week? Thanks
