What breed

These were labeled Exchequer Leghorns but I'm suspicious they are a mix. They are huge chickens. Came from ideal last October

Exchequer Leghorns are white with black flecks. Those look like Anconas, which are black with white flecks. Both breeds look identical as chicks.

Agreed, they're Anconas. Mine were great, they laid big white eggs just about every day smile.png

Well I'd believe that except I have 2 anconas and they are already bigger. Here they are

How old are the birds in question? They could be cockerels if they are under 14 weeks old. That would explain the size difference.

Could they be mottled Javas? So not a breed I'm familiar with, but they look right to me.

After looking at a few dozen pics online, I think you found the breed. They are 5 months old so hoping the largest one isn't a rooster since I'm breeding them with a blue Americuana.
