Welcome to BYC - looks like your new birds have a case of bad beak trimming. Clipping beaks is fairly common (particularly in commercial settings where birds may be more prone to bad pecking brought on by overcrowding, stress, etc). Monitor them to be sure they are eating successfully, if they seem to be struggling with feed you can try different forms of feed, different feeders and/or soaking or fermenting feed to make it easier for them to take in. Given their size and maturity it is safe to say that the trim has not impeded them being able to eat so far.

hey i have a question to add: will it ever grow back?

i have a friend who has chickens with their beaks trimmed and they wanted to know if they will grow back
