Quarantine Compromised?

Welp, I went and did a dumb thing. I brought home a rooster yesterday and then my hens today and I went and used the same crate! I wasn't even thinking about it, honestly. I had planned out a way to quarantine them and everything. Is my quarantine now compromised? Should I skip it since they've travelled in the same crate? Or still quarantine since the actual birds have not been in contact with one another. Help!

Well technically yes you've compromised your quarantine but I'd still keep him separate for 2-4 weeks anyway.
