Weird injuries popping up

A few days ago I noticed a few weird injuries on my chickens back, I thought nothing of it. Then today I noticed some blood on the one, and on of my roosters back only getting worse, so I am just here to get some info on the injuries. The way it looks is the feathers are just disappearing. Not too sure what is going on, but would like to figure it out. Here are a few pictures.

Looks like you have a feather picker. One or multiple of your birds is picking the feathers on the others. Google 'feather picking'. Also check for mites/lice, as I've found that they can be an underlying cause.
 
I will go out and look for mites/lice when feeding, I will even take one of. Them out to see if he heals then it will more than likely be a feather picker, Thank You for giving some ideas/problems.
