My first guess is pullet, although i have never had experience with this breed, so hopefully others will chime in just in case i am wrong. 
I'm leaning towards cockerels, but like ChickenLover200 I don't have much experience with this breed.
Thinking you might be right about being cockerel,but again,hopefully someone who knows the breed well will chime in.
At first i thought maybe pullet, but now I am not too sure. :/

I have had these. Granted I am not good at telling anyway unless it is fairly obvious but Brahmans are fairly difficult to tell IMO. Good luck. If I had to guess I would say cockerel.
No experience with this breed but thinking PULLET & very pretty too! Love "fluffy" birds
No hackle nor streamer feathering.
