After trying to research this I am now only more confused! I have a hen who most likely has Gapeworm. Being the rest of my flock appears to be happy and not showing any symptoms or issues, my thought was to only treat the single hen. There seems to be a lot of discrepancies regarding dosage. I purchased the liquid SAFE-GUARD GOAT DEWORMER. Any suggestions for how to dose my hen?
Also, there seems to be different opinions regarding whether or not there should be an egg withdrawal period. Any advice? I am not sure in particular which egg belongs to this hen, but I am assuming in her current state she probably isn't laying right now anyway.
