Today I received 6 eggs through the mail... BAD IDEA! 3 were broken. Of the 3 remainders, they all had sticky yolk on the shell... Do these 3 eggs still have a chance for a successful incubation? Thanks!

Its normally not a good idea to wash eggs, but in this case, I'd make an exception. Wash them, candle them to check for cracks and/or detached/scrambled air cells and if they look ok, let them rest for a while and then put them in the incubator.

Good luck. All you can do is try :)
