Hey guys, I have a 6 chickens in an outdoor run in southern California, they are about 4 months old. One of my chickens, a Jersey Giant, has some kind of growth hanging from her neck leaking some kind of fluid over her chest. She seems normally active and eats with the other pullets.

I have taken pictures to provide more information.

I've been feeding them Ace-Hi 22% Chick Starter Mash, and I started treating their water with Poultry Provita a few weeks ago. I've also just recently started letting them out of their run for a few hours every day, started that just last week. Recent weather has been very clear, sunny, with some winds. She hasn't been acting strangely or reacting to her growth at all, but I would like to know what it is and if it's dangerous for her or the other pullets. Should I isolate her from the other chickens as it is excreting some kind of fluid and it might get in their food.

I would separate her.
Can you take her to a vet?
Bring her in and inspect the wattles and throat really well. Clean her up a bit so you can see better what is going on. If you can get closer picture of her face and wattles that would be great.
It looks like her face and eyes are a bit swollen as well? Any sneezing, wheezing, runny nose or eyes?
It also looks like the fluid on her chest is bloody? Any smell to it, like an infection?
There are always several possibilities to something like this, whether it is a pecking injury or insect bite that has become infected, an abscess, tumor or some type of respiratory illness or disease.
I have provided you some links that may be helpful.

I got a closer picture of it tonight.

Sorry these aren't great, it was hard to get her to keep still.
What ever it was leaking earlier today has stopped, it didn't really smell but it was a light rust color.

She has yet to develop a real wattle as of yet, they are still relatively young. She has no other swelling anywhere else on her face or body. Today when I checked her the sac that she had seemed to have emptied and scabbed up. It seemed like it was a large ball of some liquid that had burst, hence the slow leak, and has now been emptied and the wound healed. Again she shows no difference in activity level and seems to have recovered. Still I am a little concerned as to whether this is contagious or may have been caused by something preventable.

As a quick update, her wattle has cleared up and there doesn't seem to be any lasting effect or any scarring. I still don't know what it was but it seems to have gone away.

Glad to hear she is doing well!
Congratulations on the eggs
