Temperament aside (since none of them have hit puberty), which roo would you keep if you could only have one?
My hens are:
2 Tetra Tints ( RIR/leghorn hybrid) White eggs
1 Partridge Plymouth Rock- brown eggs
1 Blue Copper Marans/Welsummer hybrid- dark chocolate eggs with dark brown specks
1 Blue Red Laced Wyandotte/Welsummer hybrid- brown eggs with dark brown specs
1 New Hampshire Red- brown eggs
1 Blue Isbar - green eggs
Who do you think would make the funnest combinations egg and feather pattern/color wise? Hopefully two of them will be really mean once they hit puberty making picking one easier.
Purebred Crested Cream Legbar (unrelated to any of my hens) four months old. blue egg gene
Black CLB/Isbar hybrid (related to two hens) three months old. His feathers are a beautiful translucent green. hens lay mint green eggs
Molted CLB/Isbar hybrid (related to two hens) Two months old. hens lay mint green eggs
