Three crazy egg layers

I have 20 chickens, 5 older experienced girls who lay fine and know what they are doing. 12 "teens" who just started laying about 3 months ago. I have 6 nesting boxes.

3 hens keep laying under the nesting boxes. It's not that easy to get under there, it's only about 5inches of clearance from the floor.

Things I've tried starting with most recent

Put chicken wire around the bottom to try to keep them out, there are still some openings above.
They still squeezed in so now it's just almost impossible to get the eggs.
Put some logs under to take up space and keep them out.
They still got in and it even harder to see and get eggs.
Moved the coop in hopes of confusing them
They laid in the exact same spot where the coop was.
Put all the eggs in the various nesting boxes
They didn't care.
Picked up all the eggs many times a day so there wouldn't be any laying around.
They didn't care.
I have fake eggs in all the nesting boxes.
They didn't care.

So now I am out of ideas..... Help?

The only solution I see here is to completely block off all access to that space under the nest boxes, raise the nests to make access easier or just deal with it and let them lay there.

I would completely block it off and be done with it. Hardware cloth might be a better barrier then chicken wire. Or plywood.
