Crazy Idea: Turning an Old Freezer into a Huge Incubator?

I have 3 old freezers that I used to keep hot water in for a business thing.  They're gutted, sealed, and have a water heater and thermostat installed, plus a drain pipe, as it stands.   They've got their original insulation intact.  I haven't used them in quite some time; I though, 'what about installing a wafer thermostat in place of the water heater, adding a few lightbulb sockets, and a fan in the drain pipe?'  Has anyone tried anything like this?  I enjoy hatching 50+ eggs at a time.

I'm subscribing and bumping. I have an upright freezer that it's not add far along as yours, but I'm interested too.
