Do Muscovy ducks need special feed? And do they get along with standard Mallard-derived breeds

Lighting is too bad right now for good pictures. I have some from last night. And I'll try this afternoon to get some good ones. Here's from last night. This guy was seriously perching in the area while I was cleaning it out. It was literally 1 foot away from me. I noticed it, ran out, and shot it. He must have heard the news of more ducks too.

This is my drake. Although he looks black in this pic, he's actually either Lavender or Lavender pied I think (not 100% sure)

These are my 2 ducks. Black and white are the colors.

And here's the best family picture I got this morning with the lighting.

And here's a pic of the drake's back side so you can see the color better.

That's a nice group of Scovies! I really like your drake, he has a sweet and curious face. I'm pretty new to Scovies but I'm finding that they have a ton of personality and character. I love it that they wiggle their tails a lot when they're happy. Are yours pretty tame? My big girl will come take food out of my hand, although she doesn't like being petted, and my little one (that I've only had for a week) is getting bolder because she's a bit of a foodie too, and doesn't want to miss out on snacks.
