Just picked these up from hardware store, staff on duty didn't know breeds. Yellow one has no feathers yet, others have a few days on him/her and just starting wing feathers.

The 2 striped chicks look like a old english bantam or BB Red
The yellow chick ? will probably turn white when he/she grows up
black chick looks like a black bantam maybe a black Japanese or something else black
Black chick with lightish face is something
Could you get better pictures please of them individually
They all look like bantams to me except the black chick with lightish face. They are probably purebreds but not sure what they are exactly until they get a little older

Pics of each chick up-close, now that they are settled in and not peeping like maniacs!

I have no idea if bantams or regular ones. My first round of hens last year came to me at 4 weeks, and these babies are only a few days (my best guess) so I don't have a "normal chicken" comparison point

I'm leaning towards them being standard sized but it's hard to tell from pictures.

If standard size, probably a White Leghorn. If bantam sized, probably a White Old English Game or White Japanese Bantam.

If standard size, it is a Light Brahma. If bantam sized, it is most likely a Light Brahma bantam.

If standard sized, it is most likely a Brown Leghorn or Welsummer, although there are many breeds that have the chipmunk coloration when young. If bantam sized, it is most likely a Black Breasted Red Old English Game Bantam.

Same as above and likely a cockerel because of it's eyeliner.

If standard, likely a Black Australorp. If bantam likely a Black Old English Game.
