This hen is several years old. Not sure how old as she has been passed around. She seemed fine until this morning. She is just standing in one spot, closing her eyes. She is drinking water. Saw one watery yellow poo. Eyes are clear. No nasal drainage. Her comb is floppy but red. When walking, she seems to stumble a little bit. Just separated her from the others. Everyone else seems fine. Her breathing seems a little labored but closed mouth. Suggestions?

Check her over carefully, see if she feels thin or if she has any bloating or swelling in her lower abdomen, from between the legs on back to the vent. Has she been laying? Any new birds brought in recently?
 
She feels a little thin. Definitely lots of watery diarrhea. The last one looked like there might be tiny streaks of blood. I think she laid an egg yesterday. No new chickens and everyone else seems fine... So far.
