Two Rescue Chicks taken in and I don't know sex or breed. HELP? #2

Okay. So in case this thread gets separated from the first. These two 9-10 week old chickens are now being added to my flock. The guy that I rescued them from found out that he is not legally allowed to have chickens. I already posted pics of the light colored ones. I am wondering about what bread they are. I am hoping they are both female. Any input would be helpful. Here are some pics.

Now let's look at the darker one.


 
Huh. Feathered legs and white skin usually means Marans, but her color is all wrong. Depending on where she came from, she may be a mixed breed.
 
Feathering does look like a Welsummer but it should have clean yellow legs if it is.

Rhodebar, wouldn't a golden cuckoo still look like a normal cuckoo at this point with very little gold coming in until later?
