Hello I ordered the mcmurray choice package of 25 chicks. I have a lot of doubles and quads. I figured out a few but I'm wondering about some others. A little help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It is hard to see your birds clearly, a side shot without the heat bulb would be best.

It looks like the first is a gold laced Wyandotte, then possibly a Rhode island red, the last one is either a welsummer or a partridge colored breed.

Yeah that heat lamp sucks with pictures. I'm going to get some better ones. Thanks for the reply.

Hi!
That first one looks like Golden Laced Wyandotte to me. The last chick is a Welsummer. I don't know about the other ones, maybe with some better pics....? The white one is really pretty, though. You definitely scored with some little cuties! Now you just have to hope that they are hens.
Good luck!

I got better pics. Thanks.

Well mcmurrays choice is suppose to be all hens. We will see thou. I got better pics of some of my others.

The first one, I'm not sure, but it looks like a pullet(so far)
The second one, not sure, but it also looks like a pullet(so far)
The fourth one is a mottled houdan, and also looks like a pullet(so far)
The buff one looks like some buff breed, most likely a buff orpington. It also looks like pullet(so far)
And the last one looks like a barred rock?

For your first pictures, the first one looks like a golden laced wyandotte, I'm not sure about the third and fourth pictures, but it(or they) look like (a) rooster(s). And I'm not sure about the rest...

@jonnygiant That first one might be an Araucana or Americana or Easter Egger (honestly, I think they are basically the same). Did it look like a chipmunk when it was a baby? I know that sounds like a strange question but that is the best description of baby Americanas.

The second one looks like a White Cochin...where there any bantams in the mix? I don't know if they put standard bantams in the choice mix, do you?

The third chick, I think, is a Silver Pencilled _____. I recognize the coloring but I am not sure on the breed. Does Mcmurray offer Silver Pencilled Rocks, Wyandottes, or any other breed?

That fourth chick is without a doubt a White Crested Black Polish. Sweet little thing. I just love their poofy heads!

Fifth chick is a Buff Orpington. It may be another kind of Buff breed but I am leaning toward Orp.

The sixth chick is a Barred Rock.

I am certainly not 100% sure on my guesses but they are the best I can do for now. Hope this helps you out!

I thought it looked more like a mottled houdan...Do they look similar(White crested black polish and mottled houdans) when they are young? Because it looks very similar to my mottled houdan when she was young...Sorry I'm just a little confused..

All chicks are standard size no bantams. They do offer standard breed Cochins. They all so have silver pencilled rocks. Thanks for your help the polish is my favorite from day one. I all so have an all white polish too. Thanks again for your help.
