Vent gleet??????HELP REQUESTED WITH TREATMENT

I have a 3 year old Hamburg hen that I think has vent gleet. I'm only guessing on the vent gleet diagnosis because the other pics I saw seem to look like it, if it's not and I need to do something else let me know.
I noticed when she strained but couldn't poop and immediately put her in a warm water bath. I have soaked her for two days now. 2-3 times a day for about 20 minutes each time and the caked poop won't come off. She now can poop but I know I need to get this excess off. After soaking I used some olive oil hoping it would keep it moist and would come off but hasn't. I also tried after the baths to slowly and gently pull off the pieces but I pulled and a little blood started so I stopped. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
I have no vet in area that deals with birds of any sort so pretty much relying on advice from this forum to help me out with advice/treatment.

I would get some epsom salts to soak her bottom, but I would at least continue the soaks just to the vent area once a day, and scrub a little more harshly to get the crust off. I can't see her vent from the crusted droppings, but she may have suffered a prolapsed vent or cloaca. If you have a disposable glove, lubricate it and stick a finger just inside an inch to feel for a stuck egg, and to clear out any blockage. Constipation also could be a cause. Her vent looks a bit red, but not too much like vent gleet. Make sure that she is drinking well. Keep her vent area lubricated with any safe oil, such as olive, canola, vaseline, or coconut. If it is caused by vent gleet, then probiotics in the water or food, cider vinegar in the water to acidify it, and an antifungal medication can help. Below is a good example of vent gleet. Here is some info on prolapse, even though that might not be the problem:

I'm so sorry for interrupting your thread but would it be possible if you could tell me how to post my own question? I have not gotten used to this website yet and it would be a great help, I'm sorry I can't help you with your own problem. Hope your chicken gets better🙂

Eggcrssive thank you so much. I am guessing it was the absence of Epsom salts that made it hang on so long. I gave her a 15 minute soak with warm water and salts and was able to pull it gently off. No prolapse vent no egg in vent just a little blood from where it crusted onto the vent. The white/yellow in the new pic is just the hemorrhoid cream. Hildie is a happy girl. Oh one caution -- right after I removed the crusty poop she let out a diarrhea poop that went airborne, luckily just past my shoulder 😁.

Glad you got out the way in time, LOL. I'm happy that it looks better. Hopefully, all is well.
