Nice to meet you Sweetie.   This is not a pick up line.  :gig  Welcome to Backyard chickens. Do you have any other breeds than silkies?  You can post on the silkie threads if you want to know more about them.

Hi and a warm welcome to BYC - glad to have you join us. You may wish to join your state thread (just type your state in the search box) if you want to interact with other BYC members in your area (I'd do the same, but I'm the only person living in Kenya on BYC so i would get kinda boring :)).

All the best

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

:welcome   Glad you have joined us.

That Silky looks like an armful.  I have only seen a few and don't remember seeing one that large.  She's beautiful.

There's a lot of great peeps here! Feel free to ask lots of questions. But most of all, make yourself at home. I'm so glad you decided to join the BYC family. I look forward to seeing you around the run. What a handsome fella!
Did a moth know that the flame was going to change her life forever, or did she simply fly towards that heated embrace, knowing it would offer her something she couldn't give herself? In the end, the answer didn't really matter. The moth had never wanted the choice. -Joey W. Hill-
