Incubator recommendations?

Would love to hear/see recommendations for incubators! I'm new to hatching my own eggs & im trying to get an incubator that's pretty easy for a newbie like me to start with. I'm looking to get one asap because I'm participating in the Easter Hatchalong...prospective hatch date of March 26th, which is my birthday - I figured no better way to ring in my birthday with my first hatch ever!!

Me and my nan are hatching eggs for the first time with a Janoel incubator with 6 eggs.
Ive researched that duck eggs should sit in an incubator with the small pointed part down so that the aircell forms at the top?
However, the Janoel incubator doesnt allow for this to happen? They lie sideways in an automatic roatating incubator..
Therefore the aircells seem to appear sideways, looks as those the embryo's are on one side..
Is this healthy or normal?
Because im confused as if this is going to effect their hatching? As the aircell is not at the bottom large end of the egg like most peoples

That's what I was going to recommend.Im on my second hatch.Incubator has preset temp,never touch stays on 99.5 as advertised,humidity is easily controlled and this hatch,so far has CHICK IN EVERY EGG..I have 2 little giants also,but I'm getting another one of these.I also just got the 12 volt adapter since my power went out for 2 days night before LAST hatch,and I lost all of them.
