Asian Blue recessive gene?

Around 10 weeks ago I ordered 15 Black Australorps from efowl who used Hoover's Hatchery for my order. Hoover's messed up my order and gave me 16 Asian Blues. 14 of them have a black body with a golden laced chest, but 2 of them have a silver laced chest. Is this just a recessive gene?

Asian Blues aren't a breed. They are the result of a bunch of different crosses. They don't have any 'standard' colors, they can have lots of different color/pattern genes going on. Silver is not recessive, but a dominant gene. Silver is always dominant over gold/red.
