Think I have a chick with a problem

I have 8 chicks total. Got them from TSC Monday. This one looks like this with the bald spot and wing feathers not grown in. The others have gotten their feathers nicely. This one seems to be eating and drinking and using the bathroom fine. Her chest seems to come out more than the others and she bobbles her head around quite a bit. Any ideas on what is wrong? They are starting to pick at her some.
 
Feel of her crop, upper right side of her chest under neck, to see if it is full and soft, not hard or impacted. Chicks will grow in feathers at differing times, wings sometimes catch up. Make sure they don't bully her too much, and make sure that she eats and drinks well. Vitamins and electrolytes, such as SaveAChick for a couple of days in the water may help.

Thank you! She does feel soft. The feathers have really started to grow in on the bald spot and wings so she is looking better now. I was worried since the other 7 did not look that way. So far so good!!
