Take a look and see what you think this could be

Thanks for the info. I wonder why the vet said she had a high temp? Anyway, I cooked her some eggs today and she wouldn't have them. But I brought her in to sit with me for awhile, and was able to get her to eat Greek yogurt off my finger. She really seemed to like it. I also used a dropper and got some water into her. When I put her back in the dog pen, she started eating her layer crumbles. She ate quite a bit, so I hope she will gain some strength back. At this point, she's still slow and wobbly, using her wings to catch herself if she starts to fall. I hope she looks better tomorrow. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Just try to get her drinking well. I'm glad that she is eating better. Many vets aren't that familiar with chickens. My daughter is a vet, and she admitted that all she remembered about chickens was bumblefoot and how to crop feed them. Some vets have their own chickens and may be more knowledgeable, but in the past seeing chickens was not very profitable, since you can buy another for $2-3. Avian vets may have more knowledge, but some vets are getting into the backyard chicken thing nowadays, due to the popularity of chickens. There are a few vets here on BYC, and most have chickens.

Update: since sick chicken has been on meds for a week, and since she wasn't moving around much in the dog pen, I decided to let her out with the flock and see if it would perk her up. I also wanted to see how she would move, out in the yard. The girls were very interested in her, and the australorp was a little mean to her, maybe because she looks so pathetic right now. I think she was a little energized by being out of the cage. She wasn't interested in crumbles, but she did eat some grass and scratched around with the other girls. And she drank quite a bit of water when she got back in the regular pen. However, she stumbles side to side and falls back on her butt, frequently. She gets worn out and lays down for awhile, then gets back up to follow the girls again. I notice she seems to lean to one side more than the other. And the toes on that foot sometimes don't get fully extend when she walks, like she's dragging knuckles a bit. She also seems to stand with her head down and butt in the air, a bit. Strange posture. I'm hoping that she's just weak from being in an enclosed space for a week, and she'll perk up as she eats and drinks more. Any other ideas? I've put electrolytes and probiotics in their water.

Are you giving her any vitamins and some probiotics since she was treated for cocci? Those help to get the gut back into shape. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Here are some links to read about Mareks which can cause loss of balance, paralysis of wings or legs among other symptoms:
