Welsh Harlequin Sexing Help

I originally posted this in the incubation section but they suggested I try over here. I'm trying to sex the two WH ducklings that hatched last night. I'm fairly certain based on the bill that the one on the right is a female, but not so sure about the left. Also, I'm no good at determine the phase at this point, so would love feedback if you think they are silver or gold.
