Welcome to BYC! Especially the peafowl area! It looks a little bit on the young side but I'm confident it is a male. I could be wrong though. Peachicks can be difficult to sex at a young age. At 3 months is when you can tell what they are without second guessing yourself. I'm mainly going off of the first picture. I see what appears to be new feathers that are bold in barring instead of fading. My chicks though at three weeks were showing major differences but not every bodies chicks develop as fast.
