Pecking order behavior or just plain mean???

Was her vent pasted over before cleaning?
Her rectum may be malformed if nothings coming out.
Keep trying to to give her water, drip it on the side of her beak...don't squirt it into her mouth or she may inhale it.
 
Thank you so much for your info .. thankfully I have been doing that and of course her water is enriched with p robiotics and electrolytes ... she seems a little perky compared to before and is walking around more and her vent is clear... and today she even started eating food this evening... fingers crossed!! I hope she continues to show improvement but im not giving up on her!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR INPUT!!!
