It's time to start preparing for the most important Cinco de Mayo hatchathon yet, the 5th annual!

All fowl are welcome! A list of respective set dates is below(thanks to Chookschick). The set date for Chicken eggs is April 14th! Many people have used this hatch to start growing out Turkeys for Thanksgiving! There are only 2 rules to participating in this hatch a long:
1. Have fun
2. Post plenty of pictures! (optional of course but it is appreciated)

My first and still favorite hen was hatched 3 years ago this Cinco de Mayo, and I was hatched 30 years ago this 5th of May so it is a big year for me and my chicken hobby.

I hope many others will join along and post plenty of pictures of their feathered friends this year!

I'm here but pending. I'm setting eggs as soon as I gather enough turkey eggs, then I'll see what space I have when the time comes.

Glad you have you all! I will try to get a list of participants embedded as soon as I can. Would be helpful to have a second person willing to edit the file as more join in.

What kind of fowl are you planning to set?

I might do turkey eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs or chicken eggs if those guys dont start laying!

Thanks for setting this up!!!! Has been a fun event in the past!!! Not too wild and crazy.... just right for me!!!

Turkeys start to lay after the start date but that is ok. The girls lay when they lay. With the early activity of the ducks, as in breeding behavior, but no eggs yet, WTH, I'm wondering if spring will come early this year...... I can only hope!!!!!
