Those of you with PVC feeders. How do you get the food to fall all the way down on these types?

I noticed it looked like it was out but when I dug around there was still plenty in there.
 
any design that has stacked feed in a funneled area (or small diameter area such as the PVC pipe) runs the likelihood that the feed will wedge and get stuck without some sort of vibration to bring it down. we had this problem for many years with feed bins on poultry houses, we ended up placing large steel balls inside the bin and they vibrated on the feed augur and kept the feed falling, in your PVC setup you might have to give the feeder a bump with your hand ever day or so to keep the feed from sticking.
