I do my best to make sure your eggs are packaged correctly to make it to you safely but i have no control over the postal service nor your incubating technique so i therefore can not guarantee your hatch. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail and have $50 insurance on them, if you have damage please file a claim immediately with your postmaster.
