I had a question, at what age does a hen start laying? She's a Rhode Island Red and she's 21 weeks and he other one we got when we got here is rooster (he was crowing yesterday!) my question is when should she start laying?

Rhode island reds will usually start to lay between 5-7 months depending on the breeding behind them.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.
