Is my silkie chicken broody?

Well i guess that i just let her figure it out. I don't think that i have any roosters because i haven't heard any crows yet but you never know. It is the middle of winter here so would it still be OK to put her in the wire box?
 
well i don't think that i have a rooster in the group, that i know of, so none of the eggs would really hatch. Also it is the middle of winter here so would it still be ok to out her in the wire bottom box with the cold??
