Injured hen

One of our hens is injured. It appears it was probably by rooster spur. She is staying on the nest away from the flock. She will come out to eat but goes back. Is this ok? I have clean her wound with antiseptic and blue blue wound spray. I hope this was the right course of action. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Could she broody? Broody hens often won't leave the nest. But if they are injured and the rest of the flock is picking on her she could be hiding. Does she ever puff out her feathers? Growl? Peck you when you reach your hand under her? Are any other chickens picking on her?

It could be possible that she is broody. But she is switching which nest she sits on. She comes out when I go out to feed and then goes back. She doesn't get aggressive with me when I touch her, trying to peck at me etc. the wound is quite serious (but healing) from what I can see and the other hens will try to peck at her.

Do you think this could have been done by another hen?

We had another of our hens go broody back toward the end of the summer last year. She hatched 5 chicks, 4 of those being roosters. So our rooster to hen ratio was pretty even. We ended up downsizing the flock by letting someone have the extra roosters. This is why I was most concerned that it had been a rooster. The poor hens couldn't catch a break. And being in the south it is warming and feeling more spring time so the roosters are extra, umm, feisty.

I have been watching her for the last few days as well as keeping an eye on the wound. She is moving around fairly well but you can tell she is uncomfortable.
