They move around a good amount, but when the sleep they tend to lay on the cooler side.

I'm hoping he'll recover on his own given a little bit of time. I know one of them fell a good distance (two feet?) when they were getting put in the brooder. I don't remember if it was this one or not, but it could be.
Ouch I'd say it is this one. you can also do some epsom salt compresses on the leg that may make it feel better. wrap the lil one in a towel loosely just to make it feel secure then take a soft wash cloth and dip into warm epsom salt water, 1 tab to 1 pint of water mix this real well put the cloth in and wring just till it's not dripping wrap the leg and hold it on till it just begins to cool. You don't want to chill him. Did you say you've had ducklings before?If not here is some good info on caring for them.
