To get more information about the duckling, you can post your question here:

As for the chick that cries all the time, what temp are you keeping your brooder at? If you have your heat lamp set up on one side of the brooder so one side is warmer than the other, the chick can move between warm spots and cooler spots as she wants. You'll want to keep that heat lamp on all the time while they are still young. Are you using a red light bulb or white (red is recommended)? Is the crying one getting enough to eat and drink or does she have pasty butt?

There are lots of things that could be causing the one chick to peep all the time, maybe if you give us more information on your brooder set up (or even a photo) that would help.

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele
