New to chicken game and I am sure this has been asked before but here we go.

How long till my chickens get to butchering wt on 20%? Not sure of bread but know they are broiler chickens (go them free from my school i work at).

What is the weight I should be aiming for?

How old are they?

20% is laying feed
22% is meat feed

For Cornish X, they reach processing size by 8 to 10 weeks. For other, slower growing broiler types, process at 12 to 14 weeks.

Most schools up here give away chickens at about age 9 to 11 months.
That's why I asked about age because that old only good for stew.
