One of my 5 eggs just hatched on day 22 (today). It peeped all day, then pecked, and then pecked the circumference of the egg (1/2 of it) but then died. The entire time there was yellow liquid bubbling out (not a lot though) and the shell would break but the inside clear shell wouldn't. Well it died and I'm scared the other will too! Would should i do! Increase humidity decrease it?

From what you have described it sounds like it had not absorbed the yolk and then it ruptured as the chick was zipping its way out.
