Have you got any ideas for keeping a pet chicken warm enough in a Canadian winter when temperatures dip to -30 sometimes? She is in an insulated house now with a light bulb for heat and I put in hot water bottles at night. This year, we sent her to my daughter's farm to be in with the other chickens, but she hates it and wants to come home. She won't come out in the snow but if she does come out, she tries to get in my car when i visit. We live in a campground and the campers love her. She visits all over in the summer, plays with the kids and gets a lot of treats.
