My little bantam rooster has these blacks spots all over his face. A bunch of the hens have them too, but his is the worst. He is acting completely normal.

As I look at the wattles I see some white around the edges of the black. My first thought is frostbite. But there is black spot on the face too and around the eyes-Possibly parasites. If you have other roosters is could be dried blood from fighting.

I think I see another rooster in the background-Rub those areas with vaseline.

It looks to me like peck marks from the other chickens. Blood dries jet black on the comb and wattles. Have they been fighting him?

I haven't seen them fight, and we don't have another rooster. The hens all think he is a very annoying little man lol, so maybe they are picking on him? I will try separating him from the hens for a while to see if he heals up. I'll also check into possible parasites just in case.
