I have a hatch in about a week. Now when i fill humidity tray until it goes below half a pan from dehydration i run between 50 to 55 percent humidity. i will have three different weeks of eggs on seperate trays. 3 days before the first hatch i will put first eggs in hatching box on bottom.if i add a hatching sponge to raise humidity for the first hatch. will that high humidity effect the other eggs that are still a week or two away from hatching. after the first hatch i will remove the sponge to lower the humidity until the next hatch.
my main concern is the effect of high humidity on eggs in the same incubator not about to hatch for a week or two.
