Unsure what this is... Not looking like bumble foot, scaly mites? Maybe broken?

She limps, can take a step or two and then sits. I soaked it, cleaned it, slathering with neosporin and have her inside in my chick brooder so she has access to food and water at all times but is away from my other girls.

Thoughts?

It looks like an injury since there are little abrasions. Are both feet the same color or is the hurt one redder or swollen? I would soak her feet in a warm pan of water with some betadine, chlorhexidene, or epsom salts added for about 10 minutes, and continue to apply plain Neosporin twice a day.

No her other foot looks normal, this one is red and swollen.

Sounds like a good plan... I'm on it!

FYI- She did great. About a week inside with neosporin and rest in my brooder and then back outside once she was moving better. She was limping for a while longer but now back to her self! I found out later that the back of the light bulb in the coop had cracked (or been pecked) and there were shards of glass in the coop. She must have jumped off the roost onto one. They all have a nice fresh coop now so hopefully no more injuries!!!
