Muscovy and chickens sharing a run?

I'm thinking of adding 4 muscovys to my flock. I currently have 10 hens. The ducks would have their own house but share a run with the chickens. I've read a few threads about chickens and Muscovy ducks sharing space and it being a disaster but usually the runs seem small. My run is rather large 30' x 30' (900 sq ft). Would that be sufficient space to keep everyone living harmoniously or should I not risk it and keep them separate?

I just responded earlier today on another thread with my thoughts on Ducks and Chickens sharing living space. I personally don't really like it, though I have no personal experience with muscovys as that is not my breed of choice. But I will say this you do have the advantage of them having there own separate houses. However if male ducks are involved don't even try it. A male duck may try to mate with a chicken hen resulting in injury or death of the hen. That's my two cents, you can read my other post on reasons why I don't think it's a good idea in general. But I do know folks that get away with it.
