Chicken poop identification needed

Are these worm eggs? If so, is there a way to tell what kind? Suggestions for treatment?

I'd actually lean more towards that being fly eggs. Can you open the "chicken bomb" up, say, in the middle, and see if those are there, too? If I recall correctly, parasites' eggs are too small to see with the unaided eye. Parasites also (again, if memory serves well) generally stay in the digestive tract until they are mature, and sometimes live their entire lives inside the host.
