They are still too young to be sure, but they look like pullets for now.
Can you get a picture of the wing stretched out? I know it can be difficult sometimes but can you try to get some pictures.

The chicks are currently at my sisters. I will be picking them up next week. I will try to get her to take more photos. One Delaware is hers and one in mine. They are both sexed feed store chicks so I know they won't be the best quality. My worry is the fact that my chick has such different coloring. Especially the black around its neck. Both chicks are pretty smutty. Tho my chick still has very little comb.
Look to be pullets as of now.

The one with the most black around it's neck became very aggressive and my sister re-homed it as it was attacking and biting her daughter and drawing blood overtime she went in the coop to change water and to feed. The lighter colored was is definitely a pullet and very sweet.
