She has mucus blocking her beak and these bubbles that form in her eye and she sometimes sneezes. Does anyone know if it's the flu or is it something more serious and what type of medicine can I give her? And 2 others have started sneezing

It could be a respiratory disease such as mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG. Get some Tylan Soluble Powder for their water or some Oxytetracycline . The Tylan is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days. The oxytetracycline dosage can vary with the brand, so just search for the dosage if you chose that. Separate and only treat the sick birds. Clean their eyes with saline, and apply Terramycin eye ointment twice daily if there is sticky drainage or pus.

I had this same issue in my flock about 6 months ago. I gave them an injection of Tylan 50 for four days and applied Vet X to their faces and water. About 5 days after their treatment they were back to normal. Do not let young chicks near or exposed to the sick birds. If it is a chronic respiratory infection it can be lethal to young chicks.
