Tail feathers give it away. Definitely a male.
I have a wonderful wife, 2 kids,18 different types of birds some mixed some purebred golden duck wing Phoenix.

Both individual boys that I posted are separate. Not the same bird. So if those 2 are male, then I now have 3 males. Lord have mercy.
