Does anyone out there have an opinion on letting Peacock and his hen out??

We have one male and 3 hens. The hens were bought as chicks and quickly outgrew their pen and began flying out. We allowed them to free range for the last 2 years and they always come home. They roost in the trees at night and never roam too far. We got a 2 yr old male last spring and put him in a pen with a roof on it to keep him from flying off. We left him in there for one month and then let him out with the girls and now all four roam free and always hang around. As long as they have been caged for at least a month and have mates around they should stick close as long as they have ample feed. Just a warning though: they love to roost on anything above ground level so if you value your vehicles, park them in the garage or else the peacocks will climb all over them and destroy your paint job.....
