It looks kind of Brown Leghornish to me, I could have missed you answering this question but what color eggs did she lay?

She laid small/medium light brown, almost cream colored eggs.

I am a novice chicken keeper but doesn't really light eggs indicate a possibility of a white egg laying breed (like leghorns) in recent ancestry?

I would think so too, though I am no expert on Leghorns, as I don't own any myself, but River was very petite and I don't know whether she inherited that from a different breed or not.
