"Nest-laid," "free-run," "free-range" and "pastured". Marketplace goes beyond the labels in the grocery store. We get access to barns, test for nutritional content, and conduct a blind taste test on six different types of eggs. What's best for the chickens, what's best for you, and what tastes best?

'content currently unavailable'

But yeah, labels have always lied, nothing new there.

Anyone who does a little research, along with some common sense, knows that.

Never heard of 'nest laid' tho.

Great article on VENTILATION, one of THE MOST IMPORTANT aspects of coop design.

Fantastic treatise to help decide how much SPACE your chickens need.

Chicken math is not just 'addition'...but also should include Division, Multiplication and especially Subtraction!!!

Quoting centrarchid:

Pretty interesting...wish they had gone into the label 'realities' a bit more.
