Picking eggs

I have a couple of Moscovy females. If I pick there eggs to hatch them I'm an incubator will they keep laying. Are do they lay just so many eggs and that's it? I figured if I can pick a few to incubate then let them set some themselves.

They won't care if you take some as long as you leave them some but they won't accept the ones you hatch as theirs.

 Western N.C ~ 17 chickens= EE's, Game, variety of bantams,1Light Brahma, 2 Black Australorps . 5 Muscovy ducks, 8 Indian Runners and 2 Buff Orpington Ducks, 1 Embden gander,1 Toulouse goose , 3 mini Dachshunds, 2 mixed breed, pond goldfish,  and a wonderful Husband who makes it all possible..
