What is wrong with my chicken's feet???

Doesn't look like mites or bumblefoot.

She's a black copper maran, she still eats and drinks but it's clearly painful for her to walk. She's about 4 months old or so. It looks like her foot is really about to fall off, like it's become disconnected where the white part meets the black part in the attached photos, and her toes are as stiff as cement.

It looks like other photos of frostbite I've seen on here. The foot gets damaged, and the chicken is able to 'seal off' the damaged areas. Eventually the damaged area dries completely and sloughs off.
 
This chicken is definitely going to be a "special needs" chicken. Her toes are going to fall off and she will be left with stubs to walk on. There are people on this site who have chickens that are thriving despite being disabled.

Frost bite is often caused by build up of moisture during extremely good weather. Proper ventilation can eliminate frost bite.
